Three enterprising enthusiastic foodies dreamt
to be different.
Armed with degrees in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, experience of seven years with the Taj Group
of Hotels in Food Production and F&B service, we decided to form our own hospitality unit, ABNM Restaurant
Pvt. Ltd., on 13th August 1999.
On the 20th of September 1999, Red
Hot Chilli Pepper opened its
doors to Kolkatans and walked straight into their hearts.
We introduced the Fine Dining concept with an exotic a-la-carte menu, with bar and banquet facilities, and
a feel good ambience - all at a nominal cost.
Red Express, our second
outlet was opened in the IT hub of Kolkata – Sector V, Salt Lake City - in Dec 2003, followed
by the third, Red
Kitchen & Lounge in New Alipore.
We have recently opened a fourth outlet, a Thai speciality restaurant, at our Alipore
location.
We have followed it up by the opening of Metropole, our boutique hotel at Sarat Bose Road.
ABNM Restaurant Pvt. Ltd. is also closely working as consultants and setting up two restaurants
in Atlanta (USA) called Bamboo Garden. |
